PA CHARLESTON — Charleston Board of Supervisors grapples with audit record-withholding dispute. Auditor Cleo Warren accused Secretary Patricia A. Reese of withholding a 2025 audit findings memo and tampering with records, citing a $842 discrepancy between bank statements and audit figures.
