PA CHARLESTON — Charleston Township approves $10,000-$15,000 contract for zoning ordinance update. Board member Gary Phelps moved to accept CAP's proposal, with Kyle Wheatley seconding; the vote was unanimous. The board also tabled a lot-addition proposal from Cathy and Tim Driebelbies pending clarification on whether Lot B meets the minimum 2-acre size requirement.
Residents raised questions about ATV use on township roads and the status of a proposed UGI gas line replacement on South Elk Run Road, which the Pennsylvania DEP determined had an incomplete application.
