PA CHARLESTON — Charleston Township Board unanimously approved updating its comprehensive plan for first time since 2015. Kevin Connelly explained the regional situation, noting Duncan Township has gone a different direction and Wellsboro Borough may not participate with the County, leaving Delmar Township in the effort. Board member Gary Phelps noted the plan would help the township pursue state and federal grants for infrastructure.
The County indicated willingness to help with the update, and visitors expressed interest in participating. The Board also approved a 2-lot subdivision for Peter and Christine Coolidge and tabled the West Reality lot addition for a second time, requesting additional maps and documentation.
