Board of Supervisors appoints Cleo Warren as auditor

PA CHARLESTON — Supervisors appoint Cleo Warren as auditor after four candidates present qualifications to the board. The Charleston Board of Supervisors received applications for the vacant Auditor position from Carmen Toby, Sheila Holdren, Amanda Collins, and Cleo Warren. Candidates presented their qualifications to the board on February 2; Toby withdrew before the vote took place.
Supervisor Gary Phelps moved to appoint Warren to the position, with Supervisor Kyle Wheatley seconding; the board voted unanimously.
