Charleston Township Board approves wage increases for staff

PA CHARLESTON — Charleston Township Board of Supervisors approves wage increases for two staff positions. The Board unanimously approved a 2.8 percent wage increase for the Roadmaster and a one-year wage increase for a Class II operator, both effective June 1, 2026, following a closed executive session on employee payroll. The Board separately tabled a request to update the Township's Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances, requesting additional cost quotes before deciding at the June 15 meeting.
