misc · Meeting of February 16, 2026

PA CHARLESTON — Charleston supervisors approve sewer wage increase of $2.10 to $2.60 hourly. The Board of Supervisors approved effective February 16 a wage increase for non-certified township employees working on municipal sewer operations, adding $2.10 per hour to their regular township wage, with certified employees receiving an additional $2.60 per hour. The board also approved a subdivision and lot addition for Suzanne Thomas and accepted the resignation of a Class II Operator.

A zoning application from Tract Engineering on behalf of Sweet Briar Farms LLC was denied; the firm requested an ordinance amendment to include agricultural use and mineral extraction, which was forwarded to the township solicitor for review and hearing.
